The Little Bear Lake Den, LLC has a few expectations for our renters:

Security deposits are due within 7 days of agreeing to rent.  The full week's payment is due 1 month before 1st rental day.  Upon receipt of your week's payment,  I will call with exact directions and how to get into the house.

Feel free to use any consumables that are in the house, such as toilet paper and paper towels.  If something runs out, please be curtious and replace the item for the next guests.

Checkout

• Place garbage in bags and place in garbage cans in the garage
• Place all keys back on hooks
• Ensure the garage door opener is back in its place
• If pets are brought, ensure all outside messes are cleaned up
• If furnace is used, turn heat down to 50 degrees
• Report ALL damaged, lost and destroyed items
